Valid yellow fever certification is mandatory for all persons who have been to Africa, South America, or Papua New Guinea during the six days before entering into India.

All foreign delegates supposed to get valid VISA document for entry to Indian.. The Indian embassies at respective countries can be contacted for detailed information on VISA. The conference committee shall provide confirmation of participation for ISKCOM to all the foreign delegates who submit their paper or wish to participate whenever necessary.
